Handcrafted right here in our shop, every one of our pancake cowhide leather knife sheaths is made completely in-house from start to finish. From the initial pattern layout to the final stage cut, every single step of the process is handled by us — no outsourcing, no shortcuts.

Each sheath is cut, stitched, and finished by hand, meaning the craftsmanship and attention to detail you’re getting is 100% ours.

Please note: Because every sheath is truly handmade, no two will ever be exactly alike. Slight variations in the leather’s natural grain, texture, and color are part of what makes each piece one of a kind. We take great pride in our work and do our absolute best to deliver the highest quality sheath possible to every single customer — but that natural, handcrafted character is something we consider a feature, not a flaw.
